On-Site Specialist Services
To complement our field service activities, particularly those relating to rotating equipment, and especially during installation/ commissioning, D. Rampersad has developed expertise in the following:
1. Coupling and internal casing alignment by use of conventional means, as well as laser equipment.
2. In-situ balancing and vibration analysis services including data trapping, trending and troubleshooting, utilising modern Schenck equipment.
3. Flange Facing capability ranges from 50mm to 1.8m diameter and all work is performed to A.P.I. 574 standard for raised face and ring type joint flanges. Also available, cutting, facing, bevelling and counterboring of cylindrical sections.
4. In-Situ milling of base/sole plates to aid with equipment installation and modifications.
